Coloured Flame Birthday Cake Candles Review - Do they work?

A look at a cheap and popular pack of 12 "coloured flame" cake candles to see if they actually burn with the vivid flames depicted on the packet. There are 2 of each of six colours in each pack: Red, orange, green, blue, purple and white.
