Fun Fact... Judging by the comments, it appears that a lot of people aren't aware that we've been using 3 drummers since Culcha Vulcha(though only 2 per track. Immigrance & Empire Central is all 3 on every song, as you see.) Means we achieved our goal, to sound like 1 drummer with a gigantic kit... Awesome!
And it is AWESOME!!! seeing the three of you together at the recordings was mind blowing. Keep up the great work. 💪🏻💪🏻

It’s truly fantastic. I love the three drummers concept. Three master players blending their unique styles in such a tasty way and having so much fun with it. Love it. The whole band is cooking on this track, especially on those solos from Bob and Shaun. Inspiring and amazing.

That's exactly what I was thinking... When you consider there are 19 musicians and if you listen closely, you can hear each instrument clearly, each of 3 drum sets has slightly different sound etc. ... Just unbelievable!

Honestly, I don’t know what to think anymore. Musicality of the highest caliber, yet humble. Humbleness, mastery, all smiles, players bouncing and just having fun. Just existing and enjoying it. I’m not saying it’s easy to play these pieces but still, the fun vibe is so strong makes me bounce with them like I’m in that room. Snarky Puppy is one of the best things I’ve come across in my life. Truly a reason to be grateful for life as it is. Thanks a million to everyone involved in this.

Yeah I mean I've probably listened to this album 100X already, and @Bob Reynolds an extra 2-300X on top of that since most times I need to skip back and listen to it over a couple times.

One of my favorite parts of the whole album is how his solo ends - perfectly hands off back to the rest of the horn section.

Shaun Martin' solo is the perfect example of a 4-bar scheme solo. The structure of the ideas and how he does the crescendo throughout the solo is absolutely amazing!
I'm a professional musician but the way you all lock step with such grace and enthusiastic joyful synchronising is beyond. You should be the UN special envoy or something - 'cause you take humanity to a higher plain. Just remarkable!!!!
I love the handoff drumroll between Larnell and JT at 3:12 and the matching handoff between JT and Larnell at 4:32 is so tasty. I like the contrast in styles - JT's is smooth and Larnell brings so much power to his to launch everyone into the next section.
It never fails to amaze me how clean everything is with so many musicians. I can't imagine having Jason Thomas, Larnell Lewis or Jamison Ross on drums and thinking "You know what we need? ... More drums!"

Also, I don't think enough people understand what an engineer's nightmare recordings like this can be, with a literal *crowd* in the room, risks of mics picking up sounds from other instruments, from people moving, cross-talk, it must be an insane job to position everything to make it work like you made it work.
