here is another Cassava recipe for you.! Paal Kappa.! Kappa means Cassava and Paal means milk. Cassava Cooked in Coconut Milk. Hope you enjoy this creamy recipe..
Ingredients :-
Cassava Root - 1 Kg (approx)
Coconut milk - 2 Cups (2nd extract)
Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup ( 1st extract)
Shallots - 1/4 cup
garlic - 3 cloves
green chilly - 3 nos
curry leaves
coconut oil - 1 1/2 tbsp.
salt

This cassava coconut milk dish can be a very compatible with mutton, chicken, or fresh prawn gravy. A very filling meal for any time of the day. It is advisable to enjoy this meal on a day, when you don't have too much housework or office work for as much as it is delicious, it makes us drowsy.😂 I remember my grandmother making a similar recipe with fried dried prawns, onions, chillies and curry leaves for morning breakfast with coffee. Well a hearty breakfast like that makes one sleepy. 😂😂 A wonderful holiday treat. I have not tasted this cassava coconut dish. Would try it one of these days. Thanks dear for sharing. All the best.
