      Retiq have you felt much of a power gain without taking it to the dyno?

    That makes it much louder and the sound tune is huge difference than the original. But still Hirsch sound is much better. Anyway, thanks for this video (Fix the the focus issue)

    Retiq, nice mod. Just curious, do you have any issues passing New York State emissions testing without the catalytic converter? Also, are there any new fault codes generated without the cat? Cheers.

    • @Retiq
      @Retiq  Před 5 lety +1

      yhird hey where I live there is no sniff test for emissions so I don’t have to worry but removing the second cat doesn’t set any cel

      @yhird Před 5 lety +1

      @@Retiq Awesome. I used to live in Brooklyn New York, but I'm in Florida now. I know what a pain in neck it was to have to pass emissions tests up there. Great job Retiq. Cheers.

      My 2.8t Vectra only has the pre-cat (in downpipe) and pass the sniff test without problems, I'd assume the Turbo X and 2.8t saabs would aswell

    Do you remmber that does your mid pipe put on the hirsch pipe right on, or we need to change the pipe size a bit to make it fit?
    Thank you bro!

    it looks like you have hirsch cat back on your car, right? how do you like after install catless midpipe? does it lot loader than before and what about on highway, it is too loud or any drum sound? thank you!

    • @Retiq
      @Retiq  Před 4 lety

      xBall99 with hirsch and catless midpipe it was a little louder a little meaner no drone but I later installed the catless midpipe and I don’t think I ever got any drone with that setup...then I installed a exhaust cut after the catless midpipe which was okay louder but not as refined

    And now, you get to explain to your grandkids why the air hurts their lungs? Perhaps, we can improve performance with more effective catalyst's? The performance gains are often used for only brief spurts, but the emissions life of the vehicle will surely tell the full storey.
