Secret compartment or not, VW vehicles have tons of little secrets that really help with DIY repair. I was easily able to manually close my sunroof by popping out a little section that exposed the sunroof motor. They even included an allen key!
That’ll be a bit late, better to have it in there on a strong/cord so you can just pull it out when you want it as opposed to trying to stash it while they’re approaching the vehicle.
Put a garden hose in it and lets see how big that space is. 😊 recently i found something similar under the hood with an aladdin lamp sign on it, lots of space there, i stashed 9 liters of oil in there and couldn't see its was in it.
