I have the same one and I took mine apart, the belt is still in tact but my brush still won’t spin. When I hit the button on the handle it sprays the cleaner and tries to spin the brush but I can’t even move it manually. Any suggestions?
Hi thank you for your questions my sugestión is to change the electrical motor that is in the back part of the roller in my video you will see a little gear ⚙️ that moves the belt that is the one, normally when the electrical motor brake it get stock. Let me know if this help
I can't put the last part back on. The one that says "tool clean port on it" I think the cables are in the way and I tried to move them in to the hole but it still won't work!

Trying to find the plastic cover for the brush.. no where to be seen.. any where you can recommend?
