      @@ManFlowYoga yeah, I have your app and I use it almost every day. I’ll tell you though doing a bunch of self myofascial release on my foam roller before I do one of your yoga sessions is a huge game changer. Really makes those stretches more effective for me.

    this video is useless because it is not easy to handle. what if we don't have the tools in this video? kind of gaudy.

      Useless? That's a stretch. If you don't have all the tools them improvise. Instead of a strap use a belt or leash. Instead of a blocks use a chair or stack of books. This routine is just as useful as YOU"RE willing to make it.
