    Really like doing these quick ones in the morning and the 30 min after work.

    Thanks for this especially the side bends. I suffer from a lot of stiffness in my lower back. These stretches against the wall felt great.

    I need this because I have arthritis in my hip from many years of running . And I’ve been getting shots in my hip . I’m on my third shot. My hip pops getting up from a sitting position

      @@ManFlowYoga this is very helpful because my gait and balance wasn’t good when I was a runner and it’s not good .I know because when I started my yoga I seen my be lance is still not steady.

    Side wall bend is fantastic! None of the side stretches I do have been getting deep enough into the hip and this one really helps my tight back muscles. Thanks also for the detailed breakdown for forward lunge explaining activation of front glute and upper body turn and suggestion for twice daily lunge. And also noting not to lean back thru hips on straddle fold. Yep. Good one.

    Really enjoyed that as felt much better afterwards. Your explanations are thorough but particularly prefer when you explain the muscles' involvement e.g abs engaged, inner thighs pushing towards abs...as it make more sense when trying to achieve the pose. I didn't feel any stretch in my thighs during the warrior pose but maybe those are fine? During wall stretch how should your neck be? Should you stretch head sideways towards the wall? Hope it make sense.

      Warrior poses you should feel a hamstring/groin/ or hip flexor stretch. During wall stretch I like to look up at my biceps.

    Thanks Dean, I am really struggling with the wall side bend. My side hips are pretty immobile and it is very intense going for even 5 breathers. Any tips or videos for other exercises to improve this weak point of mine? Thanks.

      Hey Dylan - for sure! Reduce the degree of the bend at first. You can also try a lunge with a side stretch, or a traditional standing side bend (aka crescent moon stretch).

    Great yoga stretches! Only thing is after this, my lower back was even tighter than before. Maybe I was too tense doing the side-wall stretch and that tightened up my lower back, but I’ll try it again and see how it goes.

      Tyson - yup, sounds like you might have overdone it. Try it again a couple of days from now, and don't push so far into the stretches.

    Thank you, definitely going to look at more of your videos. I am struggling with plantar fasciitis in right foot which begins to hurt in warrior. Any ideas to ease that?

      Plantar fasciitis is very painful. To help this you could grab a tennis ball and while sitting down put the ball on the floor and your affected foot can he rolled on top of the tennis ball. Alternatively you could freeze half of a water bottle and then take it out and do the same thing. Hope that helps!

      I froze a water bottle and every night rolled it back and forth under my foot for 3-5 minutes. That helped immensely.

    Hi, I came across this video when searching for yoga classes and haven't searched further yet. I have a question. Are these exercises useful for me since I have a herniated disk between L5-S1 and a lot of pain? I can't bend over or arch my back much. I can't run or cycle, those hurt my back really bad after some time. I'm trying to keep moving during these trying times and was looking to do it through yoga or pilates. Some exercises I find easy but I'm afraid they will bring pain in the long term. Thanks in advance!

    Hello. My husband has a super long back and suffers from back pain, I don't see any back strengthening exercises on here. Did it miss it? Do you have any suggestions for him? I love that this is made by a man for men (or women) he won't do yoga from female instructors 🤪

    MFY - *gets into position* "OK so were gonna do this one for 5 breaths..."
    Me - *copies and repeat position then starts to slowly inhale/exhale*
    MFY - *explains further technique for about a minute* "Now just 4 more breaths to go..."
    Me - *finished one side starting on opposite side* "Wait, excuse me how long are you breathing for sir?"

    (I have a bad back, probably from muscle tightness)Everytime I bend forward to do those stretches, my lower back wants to seize up.

      If you want a video that just shows you the exercises without giving you any of the proper technique or helping you understand how to do them in a way that actually works, then sure it would take three minutes.
