- After the success of Floor Jansen's singing styles and best live moments, here comes the newest and longest video so far, the first to include new footage from the Vehicle of Spirit DVD. I took me approximately 15 hours to make it so sit back and enjoy the most magical 22 minutes.
I've had these two Floor Jansen tattoo for three years now and still haven't managed to get Floor to see them. Please help me make sure she does!

What strikes me is that these songs and concerts are so long and so powerful, so intense. To pull that off the singer must be strong as two horses and have absolutely perfect technique. Floor is. And Floor has.
I AM 63 YEARS OLD .THE FIRST CONCERT I EVER WENT TO WAS LED ZEPPELIN IN 1975. I HAVE SEEN HEART THREE TIMES, I LOVE ANN, BUT!!!!! FLOOR'S VOCAL GIFT AND THE SPIRIT THAT DRIVES IT IS GLORIOUS!!!!!. NEVER HAVE I BEEN DRIVEN TO TEARS UNTIL NOW.THIS VALKYRIE HAS BROUGHT ME TO MY KNEES WITH THE SOUND THAT COMES FROM HER.THANK GOD FOR NIGHTWISH AND THEM INVITING HER TO THE BAND. I FEEL SO FORTUNATE THAT I AM ALIVE TO HEAR HER, EVEN BEING TOTALLY DEAF IN MY LEFT EAR.
Only Floor Jansen can sound like an angel and a freakin' beast in the same song. She's my favorite vocalist of all time

That one moment in Buenos Aires when Floor hit THAT note in GLS, that is when Nightwish realized they had someone very, very special.
Look at the HUGE smile on Emppu's face when she hits it and this was when she was only with the band for 7 weeks.
The sign "Caution wet floor" will never be the same for me.
For her to slay THE Tarja song (Sleeping Sun) is enough to forever earn my respect. Such a powerful and virtually effortless singing style.
Floor is the best I have ever seen, hands down. Most powerful, versatile, emotive storyteller ever.
I’m blown away by her...I’ve watched as vocal coaches/critics watch a live video for the first time. They judged her & Nightwish & loved them. She is by far, my #1 vocalist of all time. Especially live, such amazing performances.
I’ve always been a hardcore tarja fan, but my god, floor is giving me so many goosebumps, she’s incredible. Definitely a good choice for nightwish.

I hate it when certain people take sides on who of the two ladies is the better singer. Both are fantastic singers it’s just a matter of preference. It’s rewarding to hear a hardcore Tarja fan admitting that Floor gives her goosebumps!

Some years ago when they reached an absolute low i wrote in a CZcams comment:
"For God's sake, ask Floor Jansen!" She was freshly out of After Forever and i was very afraid THIS voice could disappear.
Especially since the rumors were out that she also hit an all time low.
This really fills me with joy. (Not that i think that they've read that comment, but she clearly was my first choice).

This is exactly why I Love Nightwish,..Floor!- she revived the band and I'm helluva sure there's millions of fans that agrees totally on this point (and stampede over butt-sore Tarja trolls on their way to the next Nightwish show.) I loved Nightwish with Tarja & Anette, but Floor's amazing voice & stage personality has definitely made Nightwish my favorite band.
in all honesty, i don t see any artist in the music business today reaching even the top of her ankle....simply unique

What is highlighted most in this video is Floor's commanding presence on the stage. It is one thing to have the vocal talent, which is on display here in its many forms. But without the commanding presence, she would just be another singer.

15:20 I love when they have fun as in I want my tears back. This live performance of MY WALDEN is simply beautiful. If watching Floor singing is amazing, seeing her dancing and having fun is even better, it's beautiful. She has that good vibe that seems to be contagious for the rest of the band.
Floor Jansen is the vocalist queen, what a presence, what a voice, I love how this woman sings, She's a goddess.

Only when she joined NW I've finally fell in love with them. I always liked the music but not the singer. Tarja was too opera and Anette too pop. Floor is perfect

Tarja is an amazing singer. and it's hard to top that. floor is vocally better and stage presence is better. but some nightwish songs I still prefer being performed by Tarja. cause she made them so magical with her voice. but yeah Floor is the best for for nightwish cause now they can make whatever they want cause floor can sing everything

You get such a good feeling if you know the story of Tuomas, his sad past with Tarja and all that shit with audience he had to go through and then you see his face when Floor hit those high notes, man that just makes me happy every time.

Favorite female vocalist easily. She brings about them cold chills. Music should touch your soul. Her range and diversity is something to be spoken of.

I love Nightwish since 1999,when i bought my first cd with their songs,and i was amazed with music ,style and simfony that Tuomas created,and of course with Tarja's voice.
I was disapointed with Anette ,but i was stuned when i heard Floor for the firs time !
Their EFMB album is masterpiece in anyway!

Floor really is the pinnacle of human evolution. The perfect female specimen. Built like an amazon, sings like a siren, looks like a goddess, and is a sweet and caring person. At least from what I've experienced... She might be different behind closed doors, but I really can't imagine that would be the case. Thanks again for a great video!

Great Video!!! Wow! I think it's fair to say that I now LOVE Floor! It took me a few videos to get used to her but now I can't imagine the band without her. She is Amazing!!! Floor is the Queen. Exactly....for me its the same situation as in Dream Theater.....new drummer came....much better drummer came, but on the second side he is more as a machine....spirit is away

I just wish Nightwish would re-record all of their albums with Floor's vocals :/ Tarja has her special place in bringing Nightwish to greatness, but Floor's timbre and versatility just fits so damn well with Tuomas's music!

Basically, as far as I am concerned, what was Tarja and Annette's is now Floor's.
I't must be so terrific to be in able to create music like Tuomas does without having to keep in mind the limitations of the singer. He can create to his hearts content with a lead singer like Floor (lets not forget about Marco with his great voice) and a band like Nightwish. Although I must admit, I too miss Jukka. That energy, that power.......there is something to say for a drummer who can't sit still. He was/is always fun to watch. But Kai is a great drummer and should get the credit he deserves.
I respect Olá, but Jukka ca't be resplaced. Sorry

I felt so bad when Tarja was let go and Annette was a very weak substitution, and then Floor was introduced maybe she don't has the vocal range of Tarja but Floor puts so much energy on her singing that eclipses Tarja . Great selection Maor thank you.

Great video job. I came across this band about six months ago by mistake. Damn glad I did. Also found others such as Delain, Epica, Within Temptation. All great. But they're not Nightwish!!!

I do love Floor, i think she's an amazing vocalist, full of power and emotions in her voice. I also think, anyway, that her voice is so different in the Wacken Show, I mean not in a bad way, but just different: it's like now she's using more her oparatic-like vocals, maybe to be on the safe side while performing in so many during the EFMB tour! but it's notable when the video switches from the wacken show to others that her voice was "clearer" before and then a more "darker and muffled" whit less belting sound is sometimes produced.
To me, her best vocal moment was in the wacken show, her ever dream in that show WAS AMAZING, so powerful and full of emotions in that magnificent high final part.

I totally agree. I do prefer what she did on Wacken, but at least we got all the new styles from Beste Zangers, so it feels like evolving rather than good vs bad, I'm totally in love with who she became since those glorious Wacken days.
