Played this 24 years ago and now started to play CS2 after not playing for some 20 years. I've noticed that back then, aiming for the body was the best way to get kills, now you have to aim for the head or you're dead even if you get the first shot off. Just weird how the game is the same and different all at the same time.
24yrs ago cs was played for fun, 10v10+ servers. Only with 1.6+ and esea stuff, then csgo/cs2 did it become about competitive 5v5...which isnt about fun first... seems forgotten and 5v5 only way to play now which was relatively rare in og cs

Didn’t grow up with much money and my uncle used to host lan parties and we would play 1.0 and 1.5 I was born 2007 and played this game since I was two my uncle controlled the keyboard and I controlled the mouse somehow still remember.
It's amazing how much it's changed. What's more amazing is how much it hasn't!

This and CZ was the best. I really don’t care about CSS or CSGO
I played a bit of CZ deleted scenes but not the normal version, that was also memorable
CSS Mega Servers on UKCS were fun. Extended maps on Dust2 etc. with additional corridors, and entirely new ones as well.
Was kind of like CS with bit of a Battlefield feel.

Это не чистый кс 1.0 а скорее всего мод на него чуть доработанный, руки в левой стороне должны быть , менюшки на закупку не было еще . Ботов не было конечно , тогда играли по лану .

это мод 1.3 для 1.6
Это релизная 1.0 а не бета, боты были, естественно они появились позже , но не намного. На cs 1.0 можно накатить POD ботов.
