Love the chicken bouillon hack (I use that to save space so I don't need jugs and cans of chicken broth lying around). These look so incredible, always love these type of potatoes back in the day I had all the time from a Greek takeout place! Was so yummy!

Exactly! I also hardly ever use a whole carton of broth at one time so there's always leftover to store. With the cubes it's way easier!
