I think the key to this year all runs through the offensive line. if they can stay healthy I think Cade will be much improved.

I agree somewhat, I think the o line has to be good but I also think the WR has to help him. And at the end of the day we can’t have have Cade making mental mistakes and lapses like we had in critical moments last year. At the end of the day if he can manage the game and make good decisions and not turn the ball over our defense is good enough to win us games. I hope Clemson get to the 10 win mark and clinch a berth to the playoffs this season.

They have a top defense hopefully the offense can get on the train as well. If they do they should be a favorite to win acc
Yeah offensively Clemson was awful last year. The defense had to do entirely too much. If that repeats itself this season. It’s gonna be another long season for us Clemson fans.
I wouldnt be a Clemson fan if i didnt speak up and say Watson also had Mike Williams.. but i get your point.
Yeah I think WRs could develop more most definitely but at the end of the day. I think the plays that Klubnik makes also fall on him. I think he’s just as mobile as Watson and Lawrence yet we don’t see far as many scramble ability from him as we did those two guys. I also think Klubnik so far hasn’t showed anyone that he can be a game changing QB at the College level.
I’m a huge Clemson fan, but I just call it how I see it.

I have this team ceiling 11-1 floor 9-3 a favor Georgia a lot not saying that the margin of victory is going to be a lot. I just think they’re chance of winning is a lot higher to me. Florida State on the road is tough for me. Other than that I think I favor Clemson heavy in every game
Yeah FSU will be tough on the road in Tallahassee. Georgia is practically an away game for Clemson.
Do you think a 10-2 Clemson with losses to GA and FSU still get them into the ACC title game with a shot at playoffs?
I got them going 10-2 with losses @UGA and another loss @VT. NCST and FSU could be hard ones too but I trust them to take care of those two. 10-2 would probably leave them with the 10th/11th seed in the playoffs.
Yeah I think 10-2 is fair. Could even see 9-3 depending on how they look early on

Nothing wrong with that. Clearly Georgia is the favorite by double digits so it’s a fair assessment. But I will say. Don’t be surprised if Clemson wins that game!!!
I don’t see a scenario where Clemson isn’t in the playoffs this year. Think they max out at 2 losses this year

@Between_the_numbers that was 3 years ago lol. You do know there are numerous blue blood programs that have hit the portal hard that have never been to the playoffs right?
Penn State, Florida, USC, all have never been to the playoff. On top of that Oregon hasn’t been in a decade.
The only reason we bash Dabo is because of how dominant he was for that stretch. This notion Clemson has to “get with the times” is very dumb. Especially when Clemson has more playoff appearances than everyone outside of Alabama😂. But what does Dabo know🤷🏽♂️

I think Clemson will be 8-4 this year. Not as good as what they have been.
What are the 4 losses you have them taking?

@LandonShaver I see the logic based on all the offensive woes last season. But one thing I think you’re failing to acknowledge is how hard it is to win in Death Valley…. Clemson has only 5 losses since 2012 at home. I find it very hard to believe both NC State and Louisville will come into Clemson and win. If you look at last years season Clemson struggled on the road but at home their only loss came in overtime to a tough FSU team. I don’t think they drop 2 games at home.

@LandonShaver history shows they are tough at home. If they lose twice at home this year it would be completely shocking.
