Short idea: your character dresses very suspiciously like a hitman and he asked random people their names as if going to kill them but he just wants their name so he can put it on a birthday invitation for his birthday
idea: a demon possesses your character and makes you go on a killing rampage then whoever kills you gets possessed by a said demon and the cycle continues until you come back as an exorcist to stop them with blessed bullets

idea: a ghost who does good deeds but then after doing the deeds you brutally kill them
Idea:a "unbreakable" glass dome is put on los santos where water is dripping from the top of it slowly flooding the city while people outside it have to find a way to help them before its all flooded.

Idea: You, as a Nascar driver, are traveling in a Nascar trailer semi truck with both sides of it showing displaying you with your race car, carrying your number 24 stock car with a paint scheme of flames. You stop at a gas station to refuel your truck in sandy shores and get snacks until a group of no good street racers arrive with neon light, paint scheme modified street cars to also get gas and snacks until your trailer catches the eye of one of the street racers and laughs sarcastically as he admires the promotion on the trailer. As you walk out of the gas station, the street racers corner you and have a chat then the leader tells you to race him in your stock car or he steals it. You hesitant for a moment knowing it's illegal to drive a stock car on the streets, but it's the only way to stop them from stealing it. How will you navigate through the streets ? If the cops see you, will you convince them that you were forced to race?

Idea: Run a tank through a neighborhood and let them claim it. This cursed tank will run a murder spree and the occupant is on for a ride. Only to be let off at the police station. WHO DID IT? Not the inanimate object. 😂

idea: you play as a police of police guy, inspecting how police services work but keep comparing them to a way better but violent city/service. Like "i gave better marks on this service because they just unloaded their mag in the same situation..."
Gradually increasing the consequence if you were to badly rebiew them.
