Alot of addicts in recovery claim they're sober but still do cannabis or prescriptions. I know it's kind of misleading but at least they're not drinking or doing hard drugs I guess

I think it's also because the WCW guys can't spell and wrote it as "Yetti". There are matches where he is transitioning into the Super Giant Ninja but is still called "The Yetti" on TV (or "Yetta", as Dusty called him).
