Hey Kitty, Love your channel. So, I'm trying to do QIP and selected the non-PDSA cycle on the audit application form. Does that mean I do not re-audit essentially since I am at the trust for a limited amount of time?
It doesn't really matter what you put on the audit application form as most of the time the trust / department is happy for you to continue... as you say, your physical placement time is more of a limiting factor. However, you can try to get your mates or someone else rotating to the hospital next to finish the re-audit so you can both get recognition for having completed a cycle. Good luck.
