The second house is the best.....
The second house has a lot more open space compared to the first, but some features are still strange. Two front entrances so close to each other with little obstruction seems very silly. Waffled ceilings are also really hard to clean, I don’t know why people keep making them.

It's small details like this that seem like it was just sort of thrown together without fully thinking it all out.
It's absolutely gorgeous, otherwise. But for that much money, these types of things shouldn't be oversights.

Anyone else feel the master bathrooms were an afterthought. Divided his/her sinks with no distinctions, a medium tub that could have been a stup up tiled jacuzzi, and awkwardly divided windows.

The stone and brick together is really bizarre.
A large jack-and-jill toilet with two doors and lock for privacy ?? It should instead be two separate full baths 'for privacy !! There should always be an enclosure, window and exhaust fan where the toilet bowl is installed. There should be his and hers toilet bowls, his and hers walk-in closet in the master bedroom in a house of such sizes.

The second home I really had high hopes for but I was not really that impressed upstairs had a lot of wasted space with those two extra rooms on one side and then one of the bedrooms was super small with 1 little teeny tiny window 🤔 when all the other room had 10 windows it made no sense👎 the master bedroom was not all that big either but I did love the master bathroom that was my favorite thing it's amazing👌❤
