The stunning custom kitchen showcases two separate islands; cabinetry with inset framing and accent lighting; top-of-the-line appliances; and a built-in dining booth. Also featuring granite counters and a natural stone back splash with a mosaic inset, the kitchen is complete with a family organization centre and desk, a separate pantry, and an under mount porcelain sink.

I'll move the master room to the basement. There's a lot of space there. The house is huge but the space is not well proportionated
The bedrooms ... with the ceilings encroaching on the space. But the basement is killer ...
TransmissionLineDesigns I love the bedrooms with their nooks and crannies, which create architectural interest and a warm, cozy feeling. The rest of the house is cold and sterile. The entryway looks like a hotel lobby not the entrance to a home. And the basement is just flat out ugly.

The master bedroom is a disappointment given the size of house. The ceiling makes it look claustrophobic.
The video states that the home is about 3,000 square feet (not including the basement in Canada), so it's actually quite small to be packed with so many features.

The proximity of the bedrooms is perfect for a family. You can have your privacy with the door shut but by simply opening the doors you can easily connect with each other.
If I lived in this home, I would never leave. Everything is at your disposal. All I would need is someone to delivered my groceries.

Usually heated by electric or by recirculating hot water piping under the driveway. The garage is at the basement level on the side of the house with a steep slope driveway to access it. Without the heated driveway, it would be a nightmare to plow and manage snow removal.

Love this house 😍. I don't think it needs renovations. It's old but has character. Few different styles incorporated. Too many renovations these days look all the same and plain. This is elegant, warm and feels like a home. Beautiful!

Good Lord, this home is stunningly gorgeous!! I have no complaints, but I'm sure the staff would very much appreciate a larger laundry room with a sink for soaking my delicates, a bar for hanging my clothes fresh out of the dryer, and a dog shower for keeping my dachshunds clean and presentable.

Stupendous, tremendously capacious dimensions and configuration.
Many people may complain about this home due to their preferences or say this or that but in all truth attitude is everything, with that said ill say this, i would be willing to bet that if some people just happen to be living in a cramped house in a crime riddled neighborhood had the opportunity to acquire this home ill bet they would not only be grateful and take it but adjust to all the things they had previously complained about, this is a very beautiful property that has potential to be whatever a person might want to suit their preference in regards to remodeling / decor, i feel a pool would of been the cherry on top but hey just because it doesn't have one doesn't make it any less beautiful or desirable or means i cant add my special touches to suit my taste, this is very nice thank you for the tour👍🏼

Yea for the elegance this house tries to present on the outside as well as the entrance with the marble floors (which I think are ugly and tacky) there is so much throughout the rest of the house that is not consistent with that. This house looks like its been remodeled from a much older house.

@@franceselainethurston1606 Its a beautiful home....don't miss understand. I could live with the kitchen, but the closets is simply out of the question. As big as that home is, and as many bedrooms it has...they could have left out one bedroom upstairs and place more closet space for the other rooms at the time of the remodel. They spent a lot of money on this house, especially the flooring. The floors are gorgeous, and radiant floor heating in the basement. But, still....my stuff would sqeeze everyone out.
Well our house isn’t well designed like this one. Since ours is more taller that they missed out on the spacey rooms and details 🤦🏻♀️ (Hope that explanation made sense) This house just looks not so big and very spacey on the inside.

The house shows the impression of a single story bungalow with the second story created by dormers. That trick also reduces the annual property taxes considerably.
