I know this is an old reaction but I didn’t see anyone point it out so I wanted to mention in case anyone didn’t know: One Day is actually a song by Matisyahu which is a Jewish reggae style artist. Bugoy styled it much more into something resembling genuine Jamaican style reggae which was awesome here

He may be my favourite Filipino artist and sings from the heart or gut. I heard that Bugoy would only sing to the field and to the farm animals. He said he struggled with his falsettos but his runs and riffs are amazing. He started in a reality show music academy i think. Tony Hadley of Spandau Ballet was here then and guested on that show. Bugoy was asked to sing, Tony Hadley was so amazed that he ask how old was Bugoy and he said 18 and he just can’t believe it.
