Jodi is so spot on. The guy sort of curses her that she will never be happy because she originally rejects him. He loses interest in everything. She becomes a widow on her wedding night because of the “curse”. The rest of the series is her crying and crying and fainting and crying. And the ending is tragic lol
You guys gave me a big wide smile on when you said HOW IS HE DRIVING LIKE THAT!!?? The reason is quite simple actually, cars in Pakistan are right-hand driven like in the UK. So he was being chauffeured, as he was not in the driving seat 😄

Hi there! To share a gist of the story: a girl and a boy have a special connection and bond. When they meet each other, the boy immediately recognised Love for her. The girl on the otherhand is naive and clueless. She belongs to a rich family whose dynasty leads her to marry into another rich dynasty family. The boy is totally devastated and loses interest in life. So, he leaves everyone and finds a refuge in a shrine to hide himself and try to forget her. There, he meets a spiritual teacher who teaches him the true meaning of Love. And, the boy himself becomes spiritual. The girl goes through some incidents in her life which leaves her sad and empty to a point where she's seeking spiritual help. She sees him at the shrine and immediately recognizes him - and recognized his Love for her after seeing him in that state. But she pleades him to go back to his normal life, but he refuses. This drama is famous for its content (it has a very "dramatic saga" feel), dialogue between the spiritual teacher and the boy (the seeker), and acting (especially the male lead actor). If you're ever interested in watching an old classic Pakistani drama, I'd recommend starting with "Tanhaiyaan." It's a crowd favorite. It was made in the 80s, but it's so well loved and speaks to timeless themes that my daughter watched it and loved it too. Hope this helps!

Okay, so OST (original sound track) is basically a combination of teaser clips from the whole drama just to let the viewers get a glimpse of what is going to happen in the drama, but at the same time make it more confusing for them to guess and watch the drama to know what is actually going to happen, hence the confusion you guys had..
And Jodi was closer to the core concept of it, the guy loved a girl, she was very rich, he didnt get her and became a hobo in that sorrow ...something like that.

I’m so glad to see you incorporate Pakistani OSTs’ reactions! OSTs serve as a background music/song for the drama serials. Pretty much, every drama serial has an OST. I love OST from the drama serial “Dobara” which literally means “Again” and it’s about a widow who’s found new love and gets remarried after her husband’s death, which her grown children and society in general has hard time accepting. It’s an awesome drama serial that hopefully will change the conservative mindset.

I loved this reaction please react to another Pakistani ost called pehli se mohabbat sung by Ali Zafar. There are so many great osts. Osts give a glimpse into the whole drama. Some reveal more than others. This particular drama was so popular but for me was a bit slow , difficult for me to watch a man whither away over 40plus episodes.

First, never try to figure out the story from the OST. The OST carries snippets from the whole season which will be aired to the viewers in 30 to 40 episodes. During the season the song is the background score played wherever and whenever appropriate. It becomes like a first look, or the preview to the drama serial. The lead girl is the same throughout. There is one more girl which was shown on the stairs but she is the love interest of another male character shown besides her.

This particular drama was overrated tbh...you guys got it right. The guy just wanted to mope around after the girl didn't reciprocate his love. Eventually she came around, but it just was so overdramatized...which is not the trademark of most Pakistani dramas. They have amazing writing and storytelling. If you are going to reach to more OST's just know that any ost from Geotv will be oot and just ehh. I would recommend ehd e wafa (there are 2 osts), Hum Kahan Ke Sachay the, Sang e Mah, Alif, Mere Paas Tum Ho, Badshah Begum, Bharaas OST posted on the soch the band page by adnan dhool. OST's are sung by mainstream singers like Rahat and Atif Aslam but also newer artists.
What do you mean geotv osts are ehh huh they are too good i know some of their dramas are not good some but I believe their osts are the best
So he is a nobody, and she from a rich feudal family. He falls in love (it's the same girl, different make up and attire). He can't reach her. She's married into another rich, feudal family, he retracts from society and wanders around in streets and mosques. Her husbond dies. And why they are not together, I have no idea. Haven't seen the drama.

guys The Name means God & Love and the story goes the girl is rich the man is poor he falls in love with her at an event and she rejects him after he reaches her home she gets married and while going to her new home her husband is shot and dies he is the male is also presumed dead as hos belongins were found witha mitilated body which came under train. he turns to shrine and by chance the girl comes to same shrine with her mother in law and they meet and she come to know that she was in love with him from the start but never knew at the end he is attacked by jer brothers hoon witha knife in shrine by his best friend unknownling and when the mother in law comes to know she confronts the girls parents and they girl falls and becomes ill at the end they meet at shrine and die infront of one another as je is too wounded to live and her heart just give up the other girl is a dancer who sees him and feels his eyes and says that he is the one who will give her love to her the who is the brother of the girls dead husband. and the mother in law also like the giys as je reminds her of the son she lost.

Thr story is simple and very stupid but our people love these type of stories.
So this has highest rating.
The thing is that the girl is rich. The poor boy falls in love.
And she also flirts with him. But she never has any intention for marriage as she is from strict family who do arrange marriage done by parents.
The guy beg for his love. Ask girl to run away. She didnt amd insults the guy that i am so rich, you and i have no match at all.
Heartbroken he prayed that the girl face the same heartbreak he faced. And never get love.
Girl gets married to another guy and husband dies the same day.
And this boy leave the world and become a spiritual man sitting at some khanga....
