Malfunction 2tb Metal Flash Drive

I bought a 2tb Metal external Flash drive last Oct. 2 to Cooderstar.ph and when i try to use it, it did'nt work at all. This video is requested by Shoppee Team to support my complain about what i bought to Cooderstar.
