One thing I've realised is your body will automatically reject anyone who's not meant for you so if your heart starts racing or you feel drained around them then they are not meant for you.

I think i realised he was not for me 1 year into the relationship because everytime something minor or major went wrong in my life i would immediately think oh its because of this relationship and then i would question why did i think that and blame it on me, eventually a year later i broke up with him cuz my gut kept giving me too strong signs
