    @kodabuilt
    how do you install the solar panel when you can't get the drill around the panel to drill the holes? Please show a detailed view of full installation of solar panel as this isn't helpful. I am going to have to return this if I am unable to install it because there is not enough room to drill the holes.

      @@KodaBuilt Thank you for getting back. I had already called and the advice was to use a hand screwdriver.

      I had the same thought. Bad design. Great on the main unit, but the solar panel mounting holes are just a joke. I might return mine, and I bought 2.

      Hi there - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. These responses have helped us realize there is room for improvement with both the solar panel mount design, and our instructions.
      The most common way to mount the solar panel is to find your mounting location, use a pencil to mark the four mounting hole locations, remove the solar panel, use a power drill to bore pilot holes into the markings, place the solar panel back (through holes aligned to pilot holes), then use a hand screwdriver to drive the screws. (For non-wood surfaces like concrete, use plastic anchors)
      We're sorry this has inconvenienced you. You can return the units to Costco, or directly through us: kodabuilt.com/apps/returns - whichever is most convenient.

    The light worked the first day,. Then the 2nd day lost brightness. I'm on the 4th day, and the light is dead.
    Could the solar panel be dead?

      Same here the edges of the solar panel look to have small but noticeable gaps where the glass meets the plastic so that’s what I’m thinking when it was raining here in the central coast heavily that water got in because it does have a rectangular hole on the other edge of the plastic solar panel that let out water when i tilted more at an angle

      @@jorgesk8erdie Hi there! It's unlikely that the solar panel is dead, it might be the battery. Please contact our customer service and we'll be happy to solve this issue for you.
