Yeah I have. They only have a crochet group once a month. I wish they did sewing.
I wanted to tell you about the Bernat chenille blanket yarn that I heard from another podcaster. It’s called worming where the stitches come apart after washing it. I guess after washing a blanket the stitch is pulled out. Would probably be fine for amigrumis since they are not washed as much. Kathy from Maine 🦞
I tell my customers that they’re not washable. They’re spot clean only.

I’m hoping I can get to 100 subscribers soon so I can. I think I can do lives now but I want to save it for my first 100 subscriber milestone. And I have to get my nerve up lol. I know I’m still awkward in my videos. I noticed this video when I was editing it, I couldn’t leave my face alone and I’m rocking myself in the beginning hahaha. I’m like why am I doing that. Didn’t even notice till I went to watch my video to edit lol
@@ToniNStitches I never even realized that you were doing those things. We’re our worst critic. And no one else notices unless you tell them. I think you are doing wonderful talking to a camera. I guess the more you do it, the better you become. Bu you’re fine now.
@@KathyDouglass aww thank you. Doing CZcams is way beyond my comfort lol. My husband said the same thing. And now he notices lol. I said see now you can’t unsee it hahahaha. I was talking to him on the phone last night and said why am I rocking and touching my face , flipping my hair digging in my ears I just can’t stop twitching 😂. Told him people are gonna think I need to be in a psych ward. Hahaha

I don’t think the cotton yarn with sparkle would make good dishcloths. I use 100% cotton (which you showed later in video) Let me know if you make one with the sparkle and how it works for a kitchen item. Kathy from Maine 🦞
If I do, I will. But I’ll probably make bandannas and stuff like that with that yarn.

Do you follow Crystal at Chronically Crocheting? She just released a video on amigurumi from a book that I have made items from. I bet they might sell at fairs. She also has a monster pattern that I want to make. Kathy from Maine 🦞

I bought a cheap sewing machine almost two years ago and it’s still in the box. I think it’s brothers that I heard about from Ellie (nocatchy name). I keep saying I will bring it up from the basement and start using it but I need a push to do it. Kathy from Maine 🦞
Yeah me too lol. I used it a couple of times when I first got it. But I really wanna learn how to make that stuff so I can sell them at market and on my Etsy too.
@@ToniNStitches people love those sown soup cozies. But that’s for Maine when it’s cold and we eat soup..hot stuff. Might not be as popular in Florida.
