Tiffany, what everyone needs to understand is that we ALL deserve privacy in our lives. Your sharing of your cancer journey was a gift you gave to your followers, most of whom understand that they are NOT entitled to know every single detail of your life. You need to do what is right and good for you. No one else is going through exactly what you are. Be good, gentle and kind to yourself first.
I'm not being critical but it's hard to maintain any kind of privacy when you're sharing your life on social media.

Hang in there Tiffany! My Mom had lung nodules for years and years. Her Dad had lung cancer and Mom had been a smoker. She had to go for CT Scans every three months. Finally, she stopped them (she then was in her 80's). Mom lived to 97 with all kinds of lung disease and nodules - but no cancer. God is watching over you, Tiffany. Your enthusiasm for life and love for others is a bright beacon to the world. Have faith no matter what the outcome. You have been such an inspiration to me and to so many. Thank you so much. Best of luck. I will be praying for you.

I've had a re listen to this to try and get my head around what's going on medically, but am still confused about the nodules! Have I got this straight... can anyone help me?
The latest scan report says everything is unchanged, so that means the nodules were visible on the December and March scans and haven't changed in size over 6 months. (Good news?)
I'm under the impression that Tiffany took the news about the two nodules as if they have never been seen on a scan before. (Bad news?)
So, as far as I can make out:
1. Tiffany was never told about the nodules during her appointments after both December and March scans.
Or...
Tiffany was told about the nodules back in December but did not take in the information and/or wanted to block it out.
2. Tiffany is given written reports to read after every scan if she needs time to process the results at home but doesn't read or understand them.
Or...
Tiffany is never given written reports and relies solely on absorbing the information that she hears at her face to face or phone appointments, and understandably doesn't comprehend and/or remember everything as it's so complex and overwhelming at the time.
3. The radiologist failed to note the two obvious nodules on prior scans, therefore was requested to re-look at the scans and compare to the most current ones. Also the doctor at the last appointment didn't bother to compare and contrast every scan over the past 6 to 12 months himself. (in this scenario it would seem the doctors and/radiologist have both been neglectful).
Sorry if none of that makes sense, but I'm honestly so confused and trying to understand why Tiffany has been so shaken by her most recent results. Perhaps it's the fear that the nodules might develop into something very serious down the track, even though it seems they aren't a problem at the moment.
Whatever the case, I wish Tiffany well, hope the nodules are basically nothing to worry about, and hope she has a nice break away from CZcams whenever she needs and for as long as she wants.
I've had yet another listen and it's a bit clearer to me now, from the last 5 minutes or so of Tiffany's chat, that it's not the fact that the nodules were there since December, nor that they've remained unchanged, it's the fear of what could be lurking in those nodules and how awful it is to live with the feeling that they are a 'ticking time bomb'. Especially since, for whatever reason (that I still don't understand), Tiffany didn't know the nodules were already there and had a horrible shock.
It must be so scary, and extremely difficult to process and accept. Especially as there are more scans on the horizon, for years to come, and each time will trigger anxiety. Poor Tiffany, and anyone else living with cancer. 😢
Tiffany it's good to see you again. This is for those people who needs to fully understand what going through cancer is really like. Getting a cancer diagnosis is like having the floor underneath your feet fall out. The biggest, loudest most shocking words nobody ever expected to hear. The time it takes to process "you have cancer" takes time to understand. We cancer patients does a a kinda ten step processing stage we go through too. From "did he just say that to are you sure", we ourselves have a hard time hearing the words being told to us. Not to mention explaining to our love one and having them process what we're going through.
Tiffany take all the time in the world, share when and what your able. We love you and remember, God loves you.
Great words of wisdom. Even my sister needed to process her cancer before she told our family. We were still there for her when she was ready to share.

If the nodules haven’t changed since December, they are either benign or very slow growing. Take a deep breath and carry on day by day, Tiffany. Living moment by moment, is the secret that every cancer patient learns. Hod bless you and your little family. 💙

Tiffany: I don't come on here for positive energy and strength from you. I come on here to support you through your journey. One channel I follow is from a lovely family in the USA called The Apples. Jenny, the Mom passed away after a 3 year battle. What made her channel special is she showed lots of tears; pain at home and in the hospital; rashes that appeared on her face, and other sadness. She told us she wanted to be real, the good, bad, and the not so good. She reached thousands of people and inspired all of us...like you. Jenny watched lots of channels for support but switched off the ones that did not show the realistic side of non smoking lung cancer. Her wonderful husband Kyle and their two kids keep the channel going and now we are watching his journey, tears and all.
So please don't be positive and upbeat all of the time. Show us when you need extra support, we can take it.

She said she is sorry for not updating and you assume or imply harassment, I'd guess if I were to search not a single person has bothered her about, gasp, not giving you all a video for three days. You are in an impossible situation. My first instinct would be to tell the hospital team to get the nodules out while they are still small. I assume that's not an option. To live with the knowledge that there could be potential cancer in your lungs would be agonizing. The waiting to have another scan will be tough for you. I hope everything goes well.
I am so sorry you need to hold back because a handful of people feel the need to leave unkind words. 😔You have been such a source of inspiration to me over the last two years (my husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2022). Something is just not right, find a different cancer team for a second opinion!!! Don't let nodules keep appearing!!! With chronic cancers, Drs cannot just keep going in constantly and cutting away either. I have had to learn this with my cancer.... I have many nodules & have awhile ... I have had 5 surgeries.... A d Drs just cannot keep cutting .Many times it watch & wait with chronic cancers. Need to find out it this is mets from primary cancer or a different cancer cell? That's why you need a second opinion. But, you pray about it, don't her so down about it, nodules will appear, your body has been through a battle, and cancer sells feed through blood vessels microscopicly.... It's watch & wait most the time. But please get a second opinion!!

Q but I understand if you don’t want to answer it: did the radiologists not find the 2 nodules until your late May scan? So then they went back and could see them on the December scan?
I know it doesn’t make sense does it… The way Tiffany has explained it it’s as if 2 nodules popped up in December, but they only bothered telling her about just one of them a few weeks ago for the first time?? And also, that they’ve only just started to give her her results in writing?!

I think it’s great to assign a moderator, as you don’t need that toxicity in your life right now. I’ve been following you for 2 years now and have been watching ur journey. I have been rooting for you all the way. I have recently had major surgery to remove half my liver, my gallbladder and reroute my biliary ducts as the doctors suspect that I have cancer. I had multiple scans for months but once they decided they didn’t even do a biopsy just booked a pre-op then 4 days later it was surgery day. I am a single mum to two teenager daughters and that was 6 weeks ago. I am still recovering but also still waiting to hear whether it was precancerous or cancer. I find out tomorrow and I’m so nervous. Big hugs, we got this!! ❤xxx

This social media is draining and takes life away from you, adds anxiety, adds negativity etc. nobody needs to know about her cancer and nobody will die when she is away for some time to take care of herself. Like it or not, social media is bad especially for someone like her with cancer. It’s bad for everyone actually. People will have opinion when you have a big audience and you can can’t and shouldn’t block someone for not liking you but it’s her life

When you said “it sucks” it sent me to when my dad was going through cancer. We said “this really sucks” a lot. That was the only way we could adequately express it. I felt it in my and your soul. I’m so glad you will not see terrible comments. You need to do what you need to do.

Hi Tiffany, just wanted to tell you about my story, thinking that it may give you some strength. In 2017 I had lung cancer in my left upper lung and I had a lung resection at that time. I do have several other nodules in both lungs that are tiny like yours and monitored now every six months. So since that time, those nodules have not changed. I know it’s stressful every time you get a new scan, mine is coming up in two weeks. But so far so good! Sending you big hugs and support

Tiffany, I truly don’t know how you’ve been able to document your cancer journey with all your videos. I was diagnosed with Stage 3C rectal cancer four years ago. My treatments and surgeries were during Covid. There were no support groups. I found CZcams to be a comforting place to hear from other cancer patients. Your channel has been very helpful to me. Thank you so much for all of your efforts. I tended to block a lot of my emotions during my treatment. I went through my chemo and radiation and surgeries with my head down and just pushed through. I can’t imagine recording my treatments and hospital visits. Then editing all that content to post here. You are so right when you say this is real for you. To others it’s mostly a video to watch. But you’re living through this all the while you are being a cameraman, an editor, a commentator and a cancer patient. So many things being done just by you. It’s unfortunate some people can’t appreciate the challenges you face doing all of this. A Stage 4 diagnosis is a difficult clinical challenge. You’ve done amazingly well getting this far. Hopefully this second nodule non-cancerous and can just be monitored. It takes a good amount of courage to get through cancer. Even more courage to share your battle on CZcams. Prayers for you as you move forward.

You also don't owe us results or updates or ANYTHING. I am just a stranger to you, but became invested in you because of my Dad's and my friend's fight with cancer. There's a large group of people coming from a forum of gossip where they post all types of disgusting comments about others. They have about 40 full posts with about 50 pages each speaking about Tiffany in very cruel ways. Sadly for them Karma exists.

Tiffany, any person here that has been here since the cancer was originally diagnosed, knows you have to process everything. You wouldn't be human if you didn't. I am glad you took time and did things with Matt, your mom, your sister and all of your family. That is important. My dad is in the hospital now for 2 weeks and is getting worse. His intestines aren't working and he can't eat. He also has Alzheimer's. You spend as much time with your family as you can. Honestly, it is expected you will be concerned whenever it is time for a new scan. Now, knowing you have two nodules, how could you not be worried. I am praying hard that they don't change and even go away. They may be nothing to worry about. I have known of someone that thought it was reoccurrence but it turned out to be scar tissue. Prayers do work and you will have a lot of us praying for these nodules. Live one day at a time and make memories because that is what lasts no matter if you are 100% healthy or not. Please know we are here for you. That means we are here to support you through your journey. Take the time you need but when you are ready, remember the times when just talking to us helped you and made you feel better. Many of us are still here for you when you are ready.

I just got my scan completed to I have a 4mm one on my left lung is been there for a few years now but it's staying the same which is good news. When I first started watching you, you were starting your cancer journey. I prayed for you and loved watching you and your family. Since then I also have been diagnosed with st3c aggressive endometrial cancer. I am getting treatment after a hysterectomy.
Even though my cancer is different it is scary. I am an old lady. You are so young. It really upsets me when young people get cancer.

The whole family looked lovely at the wedding. Tiffany I must put this out there. I hope you are okay with it. My Uncle in the USA had kidney cancer with nodules on the lung. They removed the kidney and immediately put him on a course of immunotherapy and 6 years later he is all clear. They did not wait to see if it grew. I know you said that you have the best care, but this is your life and maybe a second opinion would be helpful. It cannot hurt. Waiting to see if things grow, reminds me of watch and wait, it feels scary. However, I respect your decision and wish you the best.
Every cancer is different and the only people who know how to to treat it are the specialist doctors who treat her, it’s great that your uncle was successfully treated but what Tiffany has is so different.
Specialists can have differing opinions. I agree it is worth getting a second opinion because if it grows it might be too late.

Hi Tiffany. I am so sorry to hear about the two nodules in your lungs. You are always so strong that I was shocked to hear this news. I forgot to remember that you are not superwoman or some other type of infallible super being!
My wish for you is that you are able to learn how to live your life free of fear even though these types of scary situations are always going to be a big part of life for you. So far, I am confident that you have dealt with living life with stage four cancer as well as anyone else, and the ups and downs that you have experienced are perfectly normal.
I also wanted to say that I don't know about people who subscribe to your channel looking for uplifting and positive vibes only. I should think that they want to relate to someone who is dealing with the downside of living with cancer also. I'm not so sure that the word "negative" is appropriate for the feelings of fear and sadness as they are a normal part of having cancer. You and those who follow you for comfort and information need to know that these feelings are normal and that it is okay to have those feelings.
Again, I wish you wouldn't put so much pressure on yourself by thinking you must always be positive and happy, Tiffany. And you take on so much responsibility for the feelings of others around you. You are such a thoughtful and loving daughter, girlfriend, etc. I hope you cut yourself some slack and honor your own feelings, allow yourself to feel them without guilt.
Lastly, I am glad that you are going to let someone else monitor the comments so that you can get back to speaking freely and feeling comforted by doing so.

She is hiding her old pre-cancer tummy surgeries from her loving tiffanythinks family. Check out the video called WHY IS TIFFANYTHINKS HIDING THIS FROM US!?!? They show the videos which she privated to hide the fact that she had stomach surgeries as early as 12 years ago.
