They put on a good show, you should or hopefully did. BUT once you have seen them once, that’s really all you technically need - it’s also the same show for 20 years running. And now they charge 3x the price they used to which is a bit insulting for reruns...
I just want to see them just perform with the power and rawness with the AND JUSTICE FOR ALL performance back in the 80s and early 90s performances.
sigh, im not sure i will afford be able to afford to go to a live concert right now. but, in the near future maybe.
I love it when Metallica plays in Istanbul. I love the energy of the Turks there.

96 doğumluyum. Bütün bu gruplar Turkiye’ye geldiğinde yaşım küçüktü hiçbirine gidemedim. Canlı izleyemedim. Bir insanın en büyik hayali Metallica ve Linkin Park’ı canlı dinlemek olabilir mi? Evet benim en büyük hayalim bunlar. Bir Metallica yı, Linkin Park ı canlı izlemek için nelerden vazgeçmezdim. Ama ne yazık ki Chester öldü ve Metallica da bir daha Türkiye’ye gelmez gibi duruyor. Bütün bu grupları canlı izleyen jenarasyon dünyanın en şanslı jenerasyonudur. Biz se burda telefondan izleyip sigara yakarak iç geçiriyoruz.

1999 doğumluyum, 2008 Rock’n Coke Linkin Park, 2010 Metallica, 2010 Iron Maiden&Slipknot, 2014 Metallica konserlerinde bulundum. Yaş bir bahane değil bence, biraz da istemek gerekiyor sanırım.

Adamlar işini yapıyor,trap rap gibi müzik çeşitleri ülkeyi sardı ve Dünyanın en iyi gruplarından birine (Metallica'ya) yok sanki ülkede rock müzik yapanlar kalmadı yok efendim metal rock sadece bağırmaktır diyenlere gelsin.Tek kelimeyle CAHILLER VAR Sevmeyen olabilir ama Sevmiyorsanız kardeşim eleştirmeyin Seviyoruz Hakediyorlar.

Being there was so incredible. It was such a good show. Great ending to this tour. Getting to hear Turn The Page live was utterly amazing.

It's awesome that they returned to playing songs from Justice all the way through live instead of doing a Justice medley. I read that after the Justice album came out they stopped playing some of the songs live because they were "too long." Guess they don't feel that way anymore.
***** Just the title track really cause its almost 10 mins in length but any other Justice tune they usually played apart from like Frayed, Eye, TLITD and Dyers!!

To me the AJFA album has Kirk's best solo work. In repeated interviews he's always said that he's not a huge fan of the solos because Hetfield's rhythm lines were tricky to play over. But man, I just love how haphazard they are. Great tone for him on that album too.
They don't sound haphazard to me at all. In fact, they sound very well composed. I feel like I can hear them working on every detail every time I hear his solos on this album. Maybe it's the dry sound, I don't know.
An awesome night with the best of the guys in the whole world. I waited 11 years for that night, and it paid off finally. Metallica is and always will be the best aside all the haters. We love you to the death; thanks for that legendary night, hope to see you guys again next year.

Muhteşem bi atmosterdi oradaydım! Ben fazla param olmadığı için sahne önü alamamıştım, 150 TL'ye saha içi ayakta almıştım ancak sabahın köründen İTÜ stadyumuna gitmiştim. Çünkü saha içinden barikatlara yaslanarak izlemek istiyordum yani en ön sırada. (Zaten sahne önüyle pek bi farkı yoktu arada sadece 1 metre genişliğinde güvenlik hole'ü vardı) İstediğim oldu ve en önde izleme imkanı buldum. Üzüldüğüm tek nokta gerçekten sahne önünden izleyen insanlar sadece kayıt almak için konsere gelmişlerdi. Hiç heyecan yoktu onlarda hatta inanır mısınız böyle oturarak izleyen bile gördüm birkaç kişi sahne önünde! Ben kayıt almadım mı aldım elbette mesela ama sakin bir şarkıda fade to black gibi, nothing else matters gibi hatta kanalıma girerseniz görürsünüz. Ama ben doyasıya tadını da çıkardım. Şimdi dört gözle tekrar gelmelerini bekliyorum özellikle yeni albümlerini canlı dinlemeyi heyecanla bekliyorum.
Always great to see Metallica with the wild Istanbul crowd! Been there for the Big 4 in 2010 and this time again! And if Metallica plays Istanbul again, I might do it again!

JvRacingVids he doesn’t play them on the record (though he does play the harmonies). James writes 99% of the solos. He is by far a better overall guitar player than Kirk is.
