Memorial Day Paramotor Flight over the Idaho Field of Heroes Memorial.

An amazing Memorial Day Flight! My first weighted flight simulating a front passenger.
Currently, I am working on my FAA exemption through the USPPA to become an Introductory Tandem Instructor. Once completed, I will be able to carry a passenger for introductory tandem Instructional flights. The purpose is to introduce others to powered paragliding and then refer them to a proper school to learn to fly themselves if they wish to pursue this great sport. I’m super excited for this opportunity!
Getting an exemption from the FAA from Part 103 is no easy task. Right now I’m sitting at 73 wheel launch flights, 279 foot launch flights, and another 108 non-powered paragliding flights. In total, I’ve been flying for about two and a half years with more than 232 hours in the air. If you know me, I fly just about every opportunity the weather permits regardless of the season or temperature.
I will hopefully be flying others to experience powered paragliding soon.
This beast of a machine will allow me to take a passenger up to 300 pounds!
Linking up with an instructor can be tricky as there aren’t many that can certify you in the U.S. for this opportunity.
