That flashback thing you mentioned... I've seen so many reviews of Argos perfumes that have that _"Oh my god, what is this reminding me of?!?"_ reaction; not in reference to another fragrance, but to some long-lasting memory of the person testing it. Argos are definitely one of the best "new" houses out there, they seem to have captured something that other niche brands are missing as they all churn out quality, but ultimately "meh" products.
Yep, totally agree with you Anthony. I really feel that Christian (the perfumer and owner) is doing an exceptional work. Plus I love the care and detail that he places with all his packaging and backstories to each fragrance...you can see the passion in his work.

Great review ! How long does the raspberry note last? Does it remain throughput the scent ?
Great to hear from you @Jerome D....I find that the raspberry note plays throughout the fragrance. Stronger at the opening (inviting), softens on the dry down. But it gives the leather note a whole new angle.....once you get a chance to test, would love to get your thoughts on this one.

Hey Cyril great to hear from you my friend. I'm yet to test any of the Widian perfumes so can't line them up in this 'fight off'
Have you tested any of the Memo Cuir Nomade range? If you like leather fragrances these guys have a wonderful line up that I know you'll enjoy.
In regards to Bacio Immortale v the Memo....Bacio is a lot more animalic and leather like; a real masculine smelling leather

There's the long and short answer to your question....
Short answer: 'Yes' = I take a lot of time wearing the fragrance before I create a review with the intention to provide a clear performance and what my overall view on the fragrance is. I want to share a full (real) experience for everyone
Long Answer: 'You Need To Test For Yourself' = In my opinion all reviews are based on personal experience and should never be taken as absolute gospel (this is across everything in life; movies, restaurants etc). We all see life through our own personal paradigm which is totally unique to us only. I find that 'reviews' provide a good gauge whether I will like this or not but the final call is me testing for myself.
I'm not a 'blind buyer' and always encourage everyone to test first.

Unfortunately we don’t have this here in Iraq to test have to order it. I own TF Tuscan leather and I keep hearing it’s very similar that’s the only thing that’s putting me off.

I received samples of this today. It smells extraordinary. This really has me thinking Signature Scent worthy (especially in these current economic times) It’s Manly and stylish. It’s what I call a Home Run Fragrance.
Totally agree with you Shiva. This is a classic masculine fragrance that could easily be worn by a young or older man.

Yes, I agree it's unusual. I was born in Argentina. Came to Australia when I was three and had an American teacher in my early school years. I roll my R's a lot but pronounce things in an Aussie way.

I've found that there's certain pride of ownership when people ask you what are your wearing and you get to say a cool name like Cedrat Boise or Percival, or Accento, or L'air du désert marocain. That is until I was asked and on that particular ocassion, I was wearing Shuhrah by Rasasi. I did not realize at purchase that Shuhrah sounds almost phonetically indistinguishable from a spanish slang term for diarrhea. Now when my spanish-speaking friends ask me, I just say "Rasasi and I'll text you the name when I remember. "🤣🤣🤣

Its very peculiar. A powerful scent that has a bit of a duality to it. A bit of a soapy character mixed with a tobacco-like element. Like sneaking out to granny's orchard and hiding behind some greens to smoke a cigarrette you stole from her but you gotta lay low in the veggies or else. Not blind-buy safe at all! 😂
