For a small farmer like myself this baler is ideal. Not the best ever made but it was cheap to buy and makes bales small enough for my tractor to handle in winter.
Its good to see you have some dry weather to make hay. I've been wanting one of those chain balers. Do you think they would do ok for damp straw in a light windrow? I notice you stop in the heavy windrow, what would happen if you did not? Would the baler stop or jam? Thanks.

4 feet wide right? Would be easier on small tractors, horse customers might appreciate lighter bales.
@@stovepipe9er Might be a fraction over 4 feet as my wagon deck is 9 feet wide and holds 2 bales wide.

Nice vid. I've heard some bad stuff about those 8 series newhollands from that time. How is yours?
