    I have been doing it this way for decades. I usually group exercises and cycle through them. Leg day is squats, deadlifts, toe raises, torso day is bench press, rows and shrugs, arms and shoulders day is curls, french curls, upright rows and military press. It works really well, but the points made about people in gyms breaking your rhythm are completely valid... which is why I stopped going to gyms and work out at home.

    This will only work at 1am - 5am in my gym. After that it'll start getting busy and I don't think people will appreciate me taking up two machines at a time.

      There is a guy at my gym who does some idiotic superset thing and he takes 3 or 4 machines at the same time. Not only that, there are only TWO power racks in the gym and he occupies both at the same time.

    I think for this workout routine one need to have his/her personal gym coz in public gym others don't wait for us to complete our sets like this

      facts. I would love to do that and kill my entire workout without wasting time but the gym isn't mine. I only pay for membership.

      Lol facts, I go at 4am to avoid having to deal with this issue.

    In flip flops like a G - it’s how I roll too on non leg days! Intensity preferred on supersets, sweat next level in shorter amount of time.

    I do my first 1-2 large movements like bench or squat and then do this style for my accessory work(: thanks for the awesome content

    I do squats and bench, then pull-ups and shoulder press and finish with curls and triceps press down, with 1 1/2 minutes rest between sets. Full body workout three days a week. And for a 60 year old that works great for me.

    Great video I’ve been doing supersets for over a year and have made great gains at least I thought they were great is there a problem in just doing super sets only as my workout

    Did this today after seeing this video and man this was awesome, did back and chest, 4 exercises each part, completely dead, workout time 1hr 10mins....no need of cardio after this I guess... 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

    Hmm 🤔 gyms are full during 18:00-20:00 hard to do supersets, but month of august most customers go on a vacation so can give it a try!

    Ok ill try it. Ive been doing push pull with a 10x10 every 3 months...or a pyramid for one single muscle group every month or so...just for change up. Im at 280 bench 420 squat and 45lbs dumbbells for most except shoulders which is 80s or 100s. Ofcourse these are all maxes...most the time i just do super sets. I will let you know if i can do this you say....

      I work with supersets all the time and I train with a machine and the other exercise with dumbells or I go to the gym at not peak hours (very few people) and I use the two machines. There are always plenty of possibilities with free weights (biceps-triceps and so on). What he says in this video is so effective for cardiovascular workout and ultimately improve muscles connection through antagonist exercises.

      @@georginaprado6376 totally agreed! I reach the gym at 5h20 am so I got plenty of time to work. Of course I work with heavy weights which ain't make it easy but feelin the pain n seeing the gain got no price! I understand that not everyone d adapt but it works 4 me less time mo efforts great gains

    Does your partner even know that you are done at the speed of your supersets. Myself, I like to slow and smell the roses on the way. But I will do this for my arms workout.

    Nothing wrong being that guy who is building muscle !
    Maybe you can say if you loosing weight and building muscle then superset is more beneficial.
    Building muscle takes time and it’s ok to do one workout at a time especially since the weight will be a lot heavier!

    The idea of push / pull / legs is to target muscle groups with focus; what he’s doing is not targeting anything but rather just lifting weights aimlessly
    Also don’t hog machines
