maybe it's full and needs to be empty and clean.
Maybe they are very frugile and trying to keep the place pristine.
I absolutely love the property and would be proud to be the next owner. I, also, would use the outhouse to keep the place in tip-top shape for as long as my legs would allow.

Not a thing. Starlink has been used by many of our clients with good service.
@@lifestyleproperties Thanks so much for th he response. I've been hearing bad things about Starlink especially on the east coast from the RV community. It's not really good for a full-time remote worker that has to be online from 9-5. I should have pulled the trigger on Topsfield uggh. I'll keep watching.

Wow , another WAY overpriced property. 3 acres basically off grid in the middle of nowhere for over 100 grand. The COVID boom is over. Interest rates are creeping up. This place is $ 70,000.00 at best.

Are winters are cold and snowy. Our road crews are prepared and keep the roads open very well.
