Tried the sleep bun last night on my straight, flat hair & woke up to volume & texture! Def will be incorporating the sleep bun into my routine
Lol... same lighting, candles lit, her hair grew 3-4 inches, I just wanted a real video. I even tried this and it didn’t work and I did it JUST the way she did. How lovely 😒
I have actual curls, and it's better to pineapple your hair. If you do a bun, you ruin the curls and flatten them. Or you'd ruin your hair period sleeping in a bun.

umm you change your shirt while sleeping. what do you mean, you get changed for bed and you get your hair ready and then you wake up in the same shirt. do you have someone change your shirt while you sleeping? you literally make zero sense.

How do you wear your hair when you workout? I've tried not washing my hair but I workout everyday and it looks gross if I don't!
This is not fake. My hair is that long and when I wear a tight curl like she has in the beginning of the video it's several inches shorter than when I style it with loose waves. It's even longer when I straighten it. Look up pics of hair styled before and after and you'll see. I get a similar style to her by sleeping with a bun in my hair.
I would fall over if I woke up with hair that pretty !!! Not freaking possible for this girl !! But WOW so nice 👍!
