Since 1974, Usha Niak has dedicated her life to the teachings and practices of Brahma Kumaris. Through her own experiences with spiritual teachings and practical meditation, she has undergone a profound transformation which has led her to become a Rajyoga Meditation Teacher, Management Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Spiritual Counsellor, Author and T.V Personality.
Her expertise is not limited to spiritual teachings alone. She has also conducted extensive research on the great Indian epics, particularly the "Ramayana" and "Bhagwad Gita". Her guidance and teachings have helped countless individuals overcome mental stress, anxiety, addictions, and low self-esteem.
Usha Niak's lectures are available on CZcams and T.V. in both Hindi and English, making her teachings accessible to people all over the world. Her expertise and contributions have been recognized and honored with numerous accolades including the "Hall of Fame" award by the Public Relations Council of India in 2012, the "Moral Award 2019" by the Thailand government, and the "G.O.D award" by the Princess of Philippines as Ambassador of Spiritual Wellness in Los Angeles, USA in September 2019.
