This is a talk by Emma Rutland, Her Grace, the Duchess of Rutland given at the NEC in Birmingham in November 2017, a talk she's given to audiences around the world. In Part 1 the Duchess talks about present day Belvoir Castle and her family, giving an intimate glimpse into a Duchess' world. In Part 2 of this talk she tells the amazing story of the discovery of Capability Brown's connection to Belvoir--a story that was only rumoured before the discovery of his plans for Belvoir Castle along with some personal letters in a dusty drawer in the castle archives a few short years ago.
