Thx i had the same issue with S20+. Phone was connected for calling but not for audio. On the phone there was no option and clicking audio did nothing. Now its working. Thx a lot.

if there is no arrow next to audio in the menu, click on audio again, when you see the arrow and click on it, another menu comes up

Bought son 2011 c300 few months ago. From Your videos I got the audio working, but i can't get the music to play "his apple music" it only plays through speakers if hes on the phone with someone. So weird. I feel bad. He talks about it everyday. Do we need to buy a converter or something or do i need to keep trying?

Dang doesn’t work. Really disappointed in Mercedes archaic horrific design. Not even an aux in port in the car. Maybe the dealer will just take the car back.

If everything else fails you can get a Bluetooth FM Transmitter. Look them up, it's a solution for the problem

Check the glovebox and see if it has an aux connector there.

i might be late to this, but you can check in the glove box on the top left or right side and there should be a port you can buy a bluetooth adapter from, no need for the stupid fm transmitter
