Is this structure designed against the seismic load in Islamabad? Because it does not look a concrete frame structure. It looks a mixture of load bearing type construction with columns added in between.
Below plinth beam we used concerte block plinth beam top lavel same ffl we can consider Boundry wall cast in 1 kanal house how much bcoz it not comming covered area ruining foot saprit bill consider for Boundry consider plz give me details

Bro columns will give an extra strength. Especially for earthquake affected areas its good to have columns in full house till top roof along with load bearing walls.
Under the pleanth beam is it better to use size stone instead of mud bricks.

Is it safe to raise the pillars through plinth beam if we want to add only one floor/roof in an existing house?
If u are adding a floor to an existing house then u have to follow the previous construction specs. Because the column should rest on an existing column which is already built in existing floor. If u can explain the requirement in full details may be we can explain better.
@@arengineering Thank you very much indeed for your response. Actually the requirement is that the contractor has raised three additional pillars through the plinth beam by tying it with the steel bars of the plinth beam. The house is 120 Sq yd. According to him the structure is safe and there is no need to dig down a 4x4 hole and place a new mesh of steel as normally done during the pillar erection. I just want to validate if the arrangement is safe. The need of this arrangement was to extend one room (ground floor) to the boundary wall and then build another room over it (first floor). Over the first floor room there is a roof finally.

AR Shb in give plinth beam on ground level the construct blocks/bricks more then 3/4 feet up from the road level and then give a layer of DPC to avoid same. What your oppinion in that case

Bro basically its not about the DPC. Major point is that water or any source of water should not touch walls beyond the layer of DPC dampness proofing layer. So we have to keep our soil or gehra filling beneath this layer and should lay kacha touching the dpc layer and not letting it go above dpc.
Whereas plinth is to give strength to the walls. So what we do is that we consider it as a dpc and we use it for both the purposes.

Bro pata hay neighbor ne ager digging ki toh apke ghar ko nuqsaan ho ga.. plus usko footing beam kehte hain sath columns bhi hon toh fir uska faida hah
Not necessarily ke wo abhi digging keray kal ko ho sakta hah ke ghar gira ke doobara banayay even in that case apke ghar ko nuqsaan ho ga.. so its better to build a proper house with foundations..

Sir mere plinth beam ka hight 3 feet hai . Mere samne road per jo jagah hai bo 4 feet hai mean length 4' or hight 3' . Mere pass alto K10 gadi hai. Main abhi plinth level tek hi makan banaya hai. Ab mere itni help ker do sir ki muje yeh batado muje plinth beam tudbana hai ya itne hight or length main kaam chal jayega.. Sir please help me .. it's very complicated for me to calculate..
Ni ni bro ni charhay gi.. best solution is ke boundry wall wagera sab 3 feet pe rehne dain khali within porch slope de dain 6 inch ka. Means jahan se porch se start hota hay wahan se porch ke end tak 6 inch ka slope de dain within porch. 2.6 feet height reh jayay gi usmain araam se charh jayay gi insha Allah

difference bettween plinth beam and DPC
Dpc means 3 inch plain cement concrete. And plinth beam includes steel so RCC beam..
