@ Learning Technology agar ghar main bahar se andar aane ke 3 enterance hain 2 to 5 seedhiyoun se uper hai lekin stairs wala area jo building ke beech main hai woh sirf 2 seedhi upar hai baaqui 3seedhiyan ghar ke andar ghus kar hai aur stairs G+3 tak jaata hai uske 3 taraf wall ek taraf collapseable gate hai to is condition main plinth level kya hoga

My ground is up and down. The front lebel is about 2 ft down. Now my Mistri has done brick work as per the the water lebel and there the front side get 2and half ft and the back side only one feet . Here I can use the Tie beam or gudder. Some says it is littlehigher. Now the construction has been done, so what to do suggest me.

Sir 1 questions tha k agar concrete ka garde M25 hai aur uska mix Design me cement OPC 53 grade use kiya gya hai column and slab casting k liye to kya me OPC 53 grade cement ki jageh PPC cement used kr k column cast kr skata hu kya... kya mujhe M25 ka strength mil payega PPC cement used kr n p..aur deshuttering column ka 24 hours me kr pay sakte hai....

Sir mera building frame structured hai. GL level ka jo tie beam hai woh jamin(EGL) se 1.5 foot nichhe se kia gaya hai . Aur PL level ka beam Jamin (EGL) se 3.5 foot upar karenge jisme dono beam me lagbhag 5 feet ka antar rahenge. G L ka reinforcement hai 4X16 and 2X12 (beam ka size hai 15x10 inch ) while PL reinforcement hai 4x10 . Ye sahi hai ya galat please suggest. 6:37 6:37 ki abhi 6:37 wakt hai agar koi esseial change karna pare to. Please batayen.

Sir plinth beam se 1 mtr up Tak Jo brickwork hota hai wo superstructure mein aayega ya phir plinth level mein hoga.
Coz humare yahan pwd mein 1 mtr Tak plinth level lete hai phir usse upr superstructure mein.
Aur dono ke rate bhi different coat krne pdte hai.

Agar plinth beam se hum apna Ghar road level se thoda upar Kar lete hai(jaisa ki Aapne video me describe Kiya hai) toh phir bricks ki 3-4 layer ki chunai Karke tab DPC kyon diya Jata hai? Direct plinth level par DPC kyon Nahi banai jaati jyaadaatar sites par.
