There's some other things that can be mistaken as gender like body dysmorphia or simply being feminine for a boy or masculine as a girl 2. If you put a bio male like her on puperty blockers her p*nis wouldn't develop properly and will stay small while the rest of her grows and would make getting a vaginoplasty very complicated or impossible to do properly because the dept and size of the vagina is dependent of the size of the penis before the sex change 3. Puperty blockers or being on HRT will make you infertile 4. I have no problem with her wanting to change her gender as long as there’s no surgery, she can do anything within reason she wants, my problem is that along with changing her gender, the parents are also aging her up a lot. What I mean by that is she is a little kid and she’s always wearing lots of makeup and using curling irons and wearing very adult clothes. She can be whatever and people shouldn’t care, but if you take the gender part out of it this is also a little kid doing a lot of things a teenager should be doing

If you put a bio male like her on puperty blockers her p*nis wouldn't develop properly and will stay small while the rest of her grows and would make getting a vaginoplasty very complicated or impossible to do properly because the dept and size of the vagina is dependent of the size of the penis before the sex change
3. Puperty blockers or being on HRT will make you infertile
4. Trans woman Being on HRT or long periods of time can cause Early dementia which can be a trade off people are willing to take but it's not ethical for an adult to make that decision for a child
Medical transiting treatment should really be kept an adult space; However I think it's important for children and teens to be able to express themselves by cutting/growing out their hair, dressing to look like the opposite gender, requesting loved ones to use preferred pronouns etc.
