Not that i have this all down pat i have a lot to learn and praise God He is giving me all that i need to hear.
I've listened to Dan for years and I always glean from him...then I'll move on to another good speaker/teacher. However, I always come back to Dan for the love, balance, and truth. As God said about Job, " consider my servant Job, there's no one like him". There's only one Dan Mohler.

I came across these videos about 5-6 years ago and I keep coming back to them listening to them over and over again. I first came across these when I became homeless in Montana and I would watch these on repeat. Listening to these four sermons has been like making that perfect tea for me to let it steep (like I have done with the word) in me and soak into my soul. I have keep finding new lessons in them to transform me in new ways. The unoffending love is something I have felt strongly for that very few talk about in fact the people around that i have talked about would tell me love has limits and we shouldn't imitate his love, my stance is to imitate that love, so hearing these videos has been a affirmation for me and i thank Dan for speaking HIS language instead of our understanding of love. I love these four videos for the amount if substance in them all.

Markus G Thomas Tan Hi guys. You are both right. God is not in denial of our lives as they really are and he is not blind to our sins - so yes he _does_ see us exactly as we are now. Yet, it is _not_ our works - i.e. our moral and spiritual successes or our sins - that define us either as perfect and righteous or sinners in God's eyes, but the finished work of Christ, witch makes us perfect in his eyes and not sinners. So even though we sin and he does see it, he does not define us as _sinners_ because of that but as righteous because of the finished work of Christ on our behalf, and so we should also see ourselves because of his work. There has been a missing part. It's only since I've heard Todd, then of course you I looked for because you showed him; nowhow to receive it from its source I don't know how. Gods love? No. Become something I've never known I've been a christan as long as I can remember, a tender heart, but as I listen I hear self, self, self, self, self..how do I become. Overcome. I have a disabling disorder like you spoke of in terms of $70 hr. I can't afford It's actually $27,000 for help. I live on $289.00 a month and thankful but house bound, i dont even pay my own rent. Condemended by being a burden from sll yhe help i need. Going four years of which the last near complete isolation. Crying for nearly half then "seeking" trying to find out what this means the other half. Can I just say whatever happened to me I don't want it. I dont want this life there is no life in it. I do not want the life that I have.I do not want what I am. I want it to die forever, my thinking my beliefs all I've learned and been taught I want it gone buried not because I rumning, because I want to become who God sees and says I am. kane, I felt the same way. I know Dan's a funny guy--I've been watching these videos for a couple of years now, and even went to see him when he came to my area. But a lot of what he says is powerful, not funny! I've laughed while listening to him, when it was funny, but don't understand why someone would laugh the entire time. A lot of what he says requires a quiet spirit, so it can be soaked up. And yes, I know we all react differently, but I've never listened to anyone teaching Christ where there was laughter the entire time--unless it was stand-up comedy! Thank you for sharing and we'll pray for each other to only glean what God wants us to get out of it!
