Gotta agree. He was like the Tony Romo of the NCAA Wrestling Championships. For many years, it's been vanilla. Jeff Blatnick was amazing with his commentary. Watch the Rob Rohn (Lehigh) finals match. Jeff called everything correctly after Rohn's cement job. But I liked DC -- he's reaching the younger generation. That's what this sport needs.

It definitely looks like he wasn't supported by the coaches in Penn State when he got injured, so that appears to be the reason he left there.
There's a few options in MMA nowadays.....I'd assume he'd wanna go the best one right now. He's gotta start training specifically for that first though, so he's a ways away.

    Honest question:
Penn State Suriano, Rutgers Suriano or Michigan Suriano?
Personally, I got to put Rutgers Suriano in 1st, just because of him being the underdog who avenged both his losses at NCAA to win gold, then Michigan Suriano, who was undoubtedly the most dominant version of Suriano, and in last Penn State Suriano

Damn, Daniel Cormier does commentary for the UFC, and now college wrestling. Man, I could see Daniel Cormier doing commentary for a dog fight: watch as the Pitbull holds his bite against the neck of the Dogo Argentino, but the Dogo is not about to tap out. I mean this is the same Dogo who once fought against a Rottweiler, and a Kangal at the same time. But back to the Pitbull, that is one mean choke hold he has on the Dog's neck.
