Enjoyed seeing what the rehab process is like and especially your 3 takeaways on how to get through it. I know several players who have been through the process and the mental part can be even more challenging than the physical. Keep putting out the great content!

Your full body warmup routine to get ready to either lift or throw would be good to see in a future blog

Great video thanks for putting them out. Keep up the good work hope you get back on the bump in games soon. Have you ever done story time vlogs where you tell your fans about past games of yours. In the minors and college and even high school.

It would be interesting to watch you break down one of your past performances and hear your thought process, facing different types of hitters. I realize getting footage might be an issue, but, I think it would be cool.

Hi, nice channel, enjoying the vids. Really curious to know if you had any issues or how long it took as a pitcher to be comfortable with shaking off a catcher and not just throwing in game whatever they put down. Especially not starting out as a pitcher until after HS?
