I live on the East Coast and I prefer the tower fishing offshore Port Canaveral for tripletail, cobia and spotting rays. It's awesome! But if I lived on the West Coast or I was strictly inshore, I would go without a tower. It depends on what you fish for most. Mike B yeah... those are koolaid boats... I laugh at all the oilfield trash at the boatdocks that show up with their 75k fast boat and 60k dually trucks... I have a 99 flat bottom with a 50 hp engine and catch 5 times as many reds and trout I also hate all the tournaments at the fish house. Pretty annoying.
@@edgu71eg you take a 50hp flat bottom into salt? These Skeeters are good for Sea fishing, hence the 300hp engines. If you don't Sea fish, or atleast coastal fish I wouldn't reccomend it. Lake/river just get a 16ft Tracker with a 90hp for 19k
I want to learn there's going to be a company that destroys the concept of what a saltwater boat should look like. I think the boat industry need an Innovative mind because all saltwater boats or vessels are starting to look the same it needs a genius now in the industry I'm putting a thousand Motors on the back of a boat just makes it ugly
Bait will get stuck in the castnet drain and boy will that stink. No thankyou. I like the electronics access nice. But my girl freinds have to have a tinkle head porti poti. So I would have to look at another model.
+Fishing Southernla I don't like that both compartments on the bow aren't both rod storage & fish boxes. the console is tiny with no room for a head which is fairly standard on 24+ bays and the 2 back seats are not only uncomfortable but you will definitely be getting wet when it gets rough. A centered 2 seater would be much better. plus what they are calling easy access to both the console electronics and pumps at the rear are a joke. that would have been easy access a decade ago but many other manufacturers with way better access to both. I'm not saying it's not a quality, but this is a generic layout used for years on Bay boats and I think there are a lot more well engineered layouts in this class now
