    Your build is exactly the same as my planned build! I pick my van up in 3 weeks so your way ahead of me so keep posting vids and ill hopefully learn a lot, happy days good luck!

      Oh cool. Yes we will post more soon! The gas tank, heaters etc have gone in this week. Installing so much underneath is really challenging so that’s over taken everything this week! Is your van MWB?

      @@recraftedcampers4686 yes 2018 MWB 4 motion, same idea as you, 6 berth, lift bed in rear with seating/double underneath, shower/toilet and seating for four, cabbunk in front for kids, lift kit/wheels with AT tyres. Rounded work top at door, pretty much exact as yours, still deciding on bed lift options and gas or not, you must be gonna live mostly off grid with that elec system

      @@anthonyarnold1242 Yes we want to be fully set for off grid living. And want to run my coffee machine without turning the engine on 😂 Are you planning to carry 6 seated and also sleep 6? We are 4 berth only and that is tricky enough!
      With 4 motion you’ll be a bit more restricted with internal height and space underneath for tanks etc due to the drive shaft. We are super tight under there but we have gone for large tanks so you might need to go a bit smaller to fit.

    Looking great 👍amazing what you have managed to fit into that size of van. What heater are you using that are undermounted? Do you have water and lpg tanks undermounted as well?

    • @recraftedcampers4686

      Thanks! Getting there. It’s a bit fiddly fitting it in but it works.
      It’s the 4KW under mounted Whale heater. And yes we have a 60lt water tank where the spare wheel used to be and 25lt lpg tank being fitted on Wednesday. All a bit fiddly to fit under there too but *should* work 🤞🏼
      We will update with a new video showing how it fits 👍🏼

    Hi, what insulation have you used?

    • @recraftedcampers4686
      @recraftedcampers4686  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi. It’s called TLX Gold. It’s an insulation quilt with a vapor barrier. It’s the thinnest insulation you can buy with the best U value.
