    I am having S1 L5 problem can I do this right side my hip pain doing my routine house work my age is 53 my bellyfat has to reduce suggest me can i do this exercise i am doing this exercise from my cot not down and not on the wall

    My SI joint is colliding with L5 and I constantly get stack as I stand up.
    How often do I do this exercise?

      Hi Marjorie! Doing just one side can be warranted if you have been consulted by a professional outlying the discrepancy between the two. However, doing both sides shouldn't cause any further issues. If any questions or concerns persist, we always recommend seeking further help from a professional. This exercise can be beneficial, but in all likelihood will not be a complete fix for pain/discomfort you may be dealing with.
