In my case I feel like my SI joint pain is because things are too loose. It always gets triggered if I sit in a cross-legged position or do pigeon pose too much or the "asian squat". Is it possible that SI pain could be caused because of too much loose-ness? Edit: just wanted to add that this is why my SI joint belt makes it feel better because it holds my hips in place.
