For learner Students in the Exeter area looking for help dealing with Sandygate Gyratory system (Roundabout.) Please be Guided by your driving instructor.
Thank you so much, this is great, and you highlight all the important points however, it would be brilliant if you could drive onto Sandygate Roundabout from every entrance and take every exit as this roundabout is very scary.
Could anybody please help me I have my hgv test coming up and was wondering if it is correct when approaching countess wear roundabout from bridge road turning right into topsham . As I turn right for topsham should I be in the left lane on approach to turning into topsham or should I use the second left due to the vehicle size?
Hi Archie, I don't drive lorries but I would assume turning right from the left lane would be confusing to other drivers as it is not designated for turning right. However there should still be enough room to use the right hand lane
