Great tutorial vid, thank you for posting, albeit I'm 3 years late. Happened by luck to find your facebook channel (liked to follow) but it disallows posting questions. Upon finding your CZcams channel I would like to ask:
for Northern Shaolin based footwork and "wider" arm work do you recommend the wider ring, per your video here, of 13 inch to 14 inch? Or larger circumference?
Lastly, is your wooden dummy shown at your facebook and here, based on the Choy Li Fut wooden dummy with long pivoting wooden "arms"?
