MY REVIEW -
It is located above Carnival Cinemas and Big Bazaar Salt lake and is on the 8th floor.
There are 2 lifts and hence the waiting is always there on both ways. In my opinion this is the most irritating thing about this place. This becomes a trouble if there is an event even on the 7th floor. The waiting time increases terribly.
The place is beautiful and has half area as indoor banquet and the other half as open air lawn. This place can be used in beautiful ways.
The owners are the the people who own Bombay Shiv Sagar in Camac Street hence there is no thinking of vegetarian options.
The place according to me can manage a crowd of 300 to a max of 400. After that I think things will get bumpy. I mean people bumping into each other. It is for small events and parties. I mean an event like marriage cannot be done here and that too a hindu one where the minimum crowd is 500-600.
For summers this place won't be good as nothing could be done in the open. It is for winters or pleasant climates where both indoors and outdoors can be used.
Parking is also a bit problematic here. If you are on self then you might get a valet parking but if you are not driving on self then you will have to take the lane besides and in the vacant land nearby.
The food was good. Almost all things of vegetarian options are available. Keep in mind that this place and the catering provided by themselves is pure vegetarian. Again that is totally on the person who is throwing the party. They might choose a menu where there might not be some things which you want. Still whatever there was it was good. For this party I went I missed their Chinese Bhel.
Bathrooms are average if not good. Can be made better with regular interval cleaning and maintenance.
There are two air conditioned changing rooms too.
