The prices of individual grocery items are influenced by certain factors, such as the type of store or market where you purchase, the area in which you are located, and the season. That said, fresh produce and meats are available all year round, and the variety of household goods is truly astonishing. Compared to the rest of Western Europe, Portugal is consistently the winner in terms of an affordable lifestyle in a First-World country.

Wonderful information! Thank you!
Well done video! Looks like everything one may want is available.
You had me at Trader Joe's.
Great video Terry. It makes us Americans jealous. The super markets are so nice! Prices at HEB have skyrocketed!!
Thanks great video , do you prefer Spar over Aldi or Lidl?
I’ve been buying box milk since the 80’s. Aldi❤️❤️❤️
Spar is more convenience shopping here in Europe and usually more expensive. Aldi and Lidl are the cheapest supermarkets throughout Europe, they are German owned and sell high quality own brand food. From my own research Continente and Pingo Doce seem to be the big Portuguese owned supermarkets.
I'm also looking for American and English/ Irish groceries
Hello, do these markets have prepared frozen vegetarian or vegan foods and meals like we'd find in the US?
You would be amazed
Please give grocery store info I want to know and I am the best saler of rice in India
Are some of the supermarkets on the bottom level of department stores?
Portugal does not have department stores like the US.
Actually you are wrong we Portuguese drink milk daily, normally with chocolate, coffe o gooseberry syup!!! Also we do eat more meat than you think, pork being the the most common!
Lost me at Vegan Vegetarian
