Lyrics:
You're my King
My King
Rumors of the Son of Man
Stories of a Savior
Holiness with human hands
Treasure for the traitor
No ear had heard, no eye had seen
The Image of the Father
Until heaven came to live with me
A rescue like no other
Yes You are worthy
You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
Yes You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
Jesus
You did not speak, You made no sound
You died for Your accusers
As Your blood fell to the ground
You redefined my future
On the day when You arose
The darkness ran for cover
For the King of kings has claimed His throne
Now until forever
Yes You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
Jesus
You're my author, my maker
My ransom, my Saviour
My refuge, my hiding place
You're my helper, my healer
My blessed redeemer
My answer, my saving grace
You're my hope, in the shadows
My strength, in the battle
My anchor, for all my days
And You stand, by my side
And You stood, in my place
Jesus, no other name
No, only Jesus, no other name
You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
Yes You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
Yes You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
Yes You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
Yes You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
Yes You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
Yes You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
Yes You are worthy
You are worthy of Your Name
My Jesus ...
Passion exists to glorify God by uniting students in worship, prayer, and justice for spiritual awakening in this generation. Passion has encountered millions of students and 18-25 year olds, young people whose lives have been transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. One of the most impactful and stirring aspects of the movement has been the sea of voices uniting together to lift up the name of Jesus, currently helmed by Kristian Stanfill, Brett Younker and Melodie Malone. The band as seen worship leaders such as Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Crowder, Christy Nockels, and more unite over the years, writing, recording and leading arenas in worship. Transcending the conferences, songs from Passion have become some of the most recognizable and unforgettable worship anthems of this generation. With more than 1.8 million units sold and a multitude of chart topping singles such as “How Great Is Our God,” “One Thing Remains,” “Even so Come,” and “10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord),” listeners across the world continue to be impacted by the music of Passion. Songs from Passion such as Even so Come, Salvation’s Tide Is Rising, and Worthy of Your Name have become timeless staples in the Church. The four time Dove Award winners have had seven albums debut at No. 1 on Billboard’s Christian Albums Chart with two hitting the Top 5 on the Billboard 200. Through it all, Jesus continues to remain at the center.

Jesus, Help me be more and more like you. Remove the devastating spirit out of the presence of the Holy Spirit. So you can give everyone a chance to take refuge. Your People with Disabilities need your effort to embrace the world with the sign of hope that will turn obstacles into opportunities to overcome their ability to stay focus at the mention of your name.

Best New Worship Song of 2017! It's good to see worship music embracing a unique sound like this :)
We did this song at church camp this year for worship service I love this song ❤❤❤
His mercy and grace is proof that Jesus saves. If God the Father so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son as sacrifice for a sinner like me, then how much more can I sacrifice myself for Him who was rejected among many? being crowned in thorns and now crowned in glory; to kneel to man and wash their feet to man coming to the feet of the Lord on His throne; to live in pains and poverty to the lamb who overcame sin through supplications, love, guidance, and richness beyond this world. May, as Christian's, not of what denomination for the Bible is our only true temple of the church in Jesus Christ, we become more like Him so we can be sanctified through righteousness by faith and not by our works. Amen.
Favorite song of this year
aaaameeeen thank you Jesus
Jesus you are worthy
Amen.
whoa. this song rocks. I think I heard it at a friend's church
this song has turned me upside down
Love this whole entire song!
love this song. need to cover it.
One name. Jesus.
“You did not speak, you made no sound, you died for your accusers.” What...?
“When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, "It is finished," and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.” John 19:30
He didn't defend Himself. That's what the song is referring to.
This was already addressed in a previous comment, but to go further, that line is a reference to Matt 25:62-63: "And the high priest stood up and said, 'Have you no answer to make? What is it that these men testify against you?' But Jesus remained silent. And the high priest said to him, 'I adjure you by the living God, tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God.'"
Who likes the part at 2:50 the most? (like me?)

Can anyone explain the chorus? How is it that we tell the Lord of Lords that he is worthy of his name?
Read the Bible
We don’t tell Him that he is worthy because he needs it from us, we don’t have that kind of power. We say it to acknowledge the God of the universe, to say You are worthy and we are not, we will follow You in all things.
Like how a soldier responds to their superior officer by acknowledging their title and superiority. The officer is not empowered by the proclamation of the subordinate but instead the rightful path of service, devotion, and respect are acknowledged.
Also, the Bible says many places that God’s creation itself cries out to Him. We happen to be the creation that actually has words to form that cry. So we say He indeed is worthy of the name above all names because it’s in our nature to do so, we were created for this.
Hope that helps a little.

If you're writing for the church it's inconsiderate and self indulgent to write songs with too big a range for ordinary members of the congregation. Please stop using octave plus jumps (and Brenton, though I love his songs, is especially guilty of this) because wherever you pitch them either the ladies won't be able to get down to the verse, or the guys will be miming the chorus. The only alternative is to sing the verse high or the chorus low which puts everything on one level and robs the song of it's dynamics. Worship is for sharing, and leaders need to ask themselves who they're writing for, and WORK to create something suitable for non professional singers.
That's strange that you write it under this song, because this song has range from c to g (very small). All over the song there are only 5 notes to sing. The singer can sing it in both octaves and he does, because he is a singer and this is a part of worhip leading, he gives more power to the words that he is singing. Nobody has to do that and noone does. This song key is just perfect for everyone. It's actually great key for ladies (these are best sounding ladies notes) and for man it could be a bit too low, but only for the ones with high voice.
Well C to G is about 2/3 of an octave so it's reasonable but not "very small" but the problem is precisely that the octave jump isn't optional - you need it to give the song dynamics. Songs where the chorus is on the same pitch or lower than the verse don't work, and most church members don't have the octave and a half range of professional singers. However, it's no great loss because apart from the chorus it's rather samey and boring, and even the chorus is pretty basic 'seen it and got the T-shirt' anthemic, fare, and worse it doesn't seem to have much of an anointing on it. Add to that it's flat (unless you're Pavarotti) and it's pretty average, even being kind - I honestly can't see why anyone would give it more than a passing glance.
Actually, when you say "Well C to G is about 2/3 of an octave so it's reasonable but not "very small"" i know that the comment will be just trolling for trolling. I have never ever heard a song than had less range than that. And everybody can sing these notes comfortable, to it's great for the congregation. You say that songs with verse and the chorus on teh same pitch doesn't work, but its not that kind of song, because singer is going higher and it's enaugh. Everybody else can sing it the same pitch and it's ok because it's comfortable to sing and had great sound (you hear singer mostly, and the singing crowd always sounds great). Man, do not cling to.
SuperJeremiah333
Make a joyful noise even if you can't sing!
I agree about the use of an octave jump to increase the energy level of the song. The congregation is left out of it. Fine for a concert, not good for leading worship if the intention is for the congregation to worship God by singing to Him. (I am looking forward to this over-used device becoming passe. Also hoping for the "oh-oh-oh" fad to pass quickly.)
Get the kid off out of the sudio
