Margaret Aldrich It's not technically scripted. Like they don't get handed a script every week to learn. It's editing and also the producers will egg it on until they get good drama, they also will ask questions or put words in their mouths. It's real emotion, the producers just help keep the drama going. Like sometimes you will even hear the producers talking to them during arguments. Scripted would be getting a physical script to learn and acting. They aren't actors though so they need the emotions to be real they can't just tell them how to act. The show is staged and edited not scripted.

It's obvious isn't it? ALDC is a lime-lite studio. You go there if you want your child to be noticed. End of story. Just turns out that there is too much time taken out of each day that all the girls are out of shape and not progressing. You really have to have it in your blood if you are going to be a dancer and not just a seeker of the lime-lite. Look at the Kardashians, no-talent-lazy people with addictions to self modification.

To be honest I think Nia should be the leader. She dances beautifully and has been at ALDC the longest. But that's my opinion, no hate for Brynn.
Izzy Juarez same opinion Nia has the full package: she can act, sing and do all the different types of dances if she got the opportunity to do so. I'm so glad she won overall high score for the first time and I'm hoping she can be "the face of the aldc" instead of Kalani or Brynn. I'm sorry but they've had their spotlight and time to shine, so has Kendall. I just wish Jojo was still there too.
Izzy Juarez her technique isn't that great but she can act and sing very well. Kalani and Brynn on the other hand are great ballerinas and lyrical dancers. It comes in handy at all sorts of dance competitions

Don’t hate me but Nia is a terrible dancer. She doesn’t apply her corrections, her technique is awful and she always complains about how she’s been here the longest but doesn’t get any opportunities and blames it on Abby but maybe if she was a better dancer Abby would’ve given her more lead roles and opportunities.

I think people don't realize that abby is not going to make Kalani the face of aldc cause she will be done dancing competitively in a few years so she is looking at the next best young dancer who has some time before leaving and that is brynn. She is not going to pick kendall or nia cause they don't win all the time and she is not going to put all her effort into kids she calls slugs. I honestly think she should just start over with kids from her Pittsburgh studio make her mini team from there since that is where it all started.
